Just wanted you to know that Kim is here with me.  :)  She has been my paparazzi and support in many ways. Here she is at breakfast this morning. This has been our standard breakfast location each morning -- if you look close you will see the photos being uploaded to the blog.

Today in about 30 minutes we'll be heading out of Lilongwe. We'll be going by the market to pick up fruits and vegetables. Then we'll pick up Amos and Zuze, who are the leaders of the Chiefs' Ministry, on our way to Nkhoma. This afternoon we will be visiting a new Chiefs' Bible Study and I will be speaking. I'm thinking of sharing out of Philippians, since we've been studying that at SCPC (thanks, Tod, Candie and Charlie).  :)

I don't think we will have Internet connection in Nkhoma, so there probably won't be any more photos for a while. I will continue to text Bret, who will send out Tweets and Jon will try to keep updating this blog with text.

The plan we have now is to go to the hospital on Monday and meet with the head doctors in the afternoon. Tuesday morning we will visit our World Vision sponsored children. At some point we will meet with those who coordinate accommodations at Nkhoma. Wednesday morning we'll head back to Lilongwe to meet with Pastor Tad and Kennedy at the CCAP (Church of Central Africa Presbyterian) Youth Department. We hope to meet with representatives from Opportunity International as well. Many of the leaders of our Y-Malawi partner organizations were at the FTS celebration, so I was able to connect briefly with them.

Thanks for your prayers. I have only had one night where I couldn't sleep due to the congestion in my head. Neither Kim nor I had back pain even though we sat for about 5 hours yesterday without a break. Praising the Lord for this opportunity to serve and knowing that you all are with us. Zikomo! (Thank you.)
